All orders placed by 4PM EST generally ship within 48 hrs. However, orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST, or over the weekend will get shipped out on Monday. Orders will ship via USPS or UPS Ground, according to your preference. As soon as your order gets shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifying you with your tracking information. If you have a time sensitive order, please use one of our faster delivery options, however, we do not guarantee when it will arrive.

Return policy

ZoneTech is here to make you happy and help satisfy your needs. Therfore, items can be returned in 30 days of purchase.  All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with original tags and labels attached.

• In order to return an item you MUST contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). 

• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING; buyer must pay

• Warranty will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer. We will refuse back all the returns which are out of warranty. 

• We are not responsible for any kind of compatible issues etc. 

• Your return must include the following or it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned back to you: 

• Original packaging  all accessories  Manuals, etc. 

• RMA number written on the outside shipping box or on the return labe/-The RMA number must not be written on the manufacturer's product box.

• Basic Return processing  If the merchandise is returned on time, in like-new condition, and conforms with the returns policy, then a replacement order will be prepared and shipped, OR the purchase price will be refunded to your  account. Please allow up to 10 days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse because the delivery times vary depending upon the shipper. Your return will be processed by the Returns Warehouse within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)..
