Return Policy
Comfort Wheels offers a 30- day return/exchange policy. If the item confirms with the return policy then it can only be replaced by same item, unless the item is out of stock at return date. All non-defective, unopened products returned to us in its original packaging are subject to a 5% restocking fee. All non-defective products returned to us without the original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All defective damaged items returned to us are subject to a 45% restocking fee.
Please note: We do NOT pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible to pay for the return label. In order to return an item, you must contact us within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise authorization Number (RMA). The RMA number should be written outside the shipping box or on the return label. Once the item is returned to us you will be credited for the full cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees and the restocking fees are absolutely non- refundable.
